Using specialized equipment like leg springs, arm springs, the ped-o-pole, hand weights, the airplane board, and the Wunda Chair, I’ll guide you through exercises that enhance flexibility, stability, and core strength. 💫 Private Pilates Lessons (Basic & Intermediate) – 55-minute sessions $75 per session or 3 private sessions for $200 All sessions require an appointment and must be paid for in advance.
